Strategy

The principles of our Investment Strategy are as follows:

  • Through our national network of owners, lenders, brokers and tenants, focus on properties that have operational, physical or financial challenges.
  • Create a capital structure of debt and equity that is appropriate for the risk and the strategy of the Property, and will maximize risk-adjusted returns.
  • Perform thorough due diligence, including physical, financial, market and tenant underwriting.
  • Enhance value through hands-on repositioning, leasing, management, and/or redevelopment.
  • Actively manage the disposition/refinance process once properties have achieved their value potential. Constantly monitor capital market trends to harvest value creation.
